Oxygen Tanks – Portable oxygen tanks are permitted on Sen Han Vehicles, and are the responsibility of the client and/or escort.
Service Animals – Only service animals are permitted on Sen Han Vehicles. Service animals shall remain on the floor at the feet of the client. Presence of a service animal shall be registered at time of ride reservation.
Vehicle Lift – In the event that a vehicle lift becomes inoperable another vehicle will be dispatched to complete the service.
