Through SCUCS, The Camden County Nutrition Program maintains congregate meal sites at seven locations throughout the county. Each site provides a hot lunch for seniors 60+ years of age (and their spouse regardless of age) living in Camden County. Meals are prepared to meet one third of the RDA as established by the USDA.
Reservations are necessary at all sites.
Transportation is available at some sites. Inquire about this when you call to reserve your space.
The actual cost of a meal is $5.50; donations of $2.00 per meal are requested and help to keep the program viable throughout the county.
In addition to meals, all sites provide recreational activities.
