Our Mission

The mission of Senior Citizens United Community Services is to “enhance the quality of life, encourage independence and provide a safe and supportive living environment for older adults and adults with disabilities, especially those with the greatest socio-economic need.”

Our Goal

Our goal is to keep older adults and people with disabilities living independently and active in the community and prevent unnecessary institutionalization, by offering an array of services to address the needs of our consumers and provide support for their caregivers.

NEWS: SCUCS’s MEDICATION REMINDER PROGRAM is part of ourTELEPHONE REASSURANCE PROGRAM, and provides peace of mind to family, friends and participants. Do you or anyone you know, need a friendly reminder to take your meds?

SCUCS Trips

HAPPY SENIOR CITIZENS’ DAY
The World Senior Citizen’s Day is celebrated on the 21st of August each year. It was first proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations on December 14, 1990.
